Moore-Bennett, the Man- aging Director of the Anglo-Chinese Engineers' Associa- tion Limited, for the development of iron and coal de- posits in the basin of the North River and along the coastline of the Kwangtung province, and to request that the views of the Governor of Hongkong may be ob- tained on the proposals.
